Blackcurrant Magnesium Fizz Recipe
Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup blackcurrant juice (pure or unsweetened for a more tart flavor)
- 1 Tbs oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blackcurrants or lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice: Use a tall glass or a mocktail glass to keep it cool and refreshing.
