This is a game changer for me. I haven’t been sleeping well due to the menopause. But one can of this before bed has really made a BIG difference. I’ve noticed that I wake up feeling well rested and I don’t toss and turn all hours of the night. I recommend this product, it’s worth a try if you are also struggling with your sleeping during menopause.

This was my first order with Heylo, there was a slight issue but they communicated well and resolved immediately. I have been buying their beverages from my gym so I knew they were great, its good to have a stash at home to have when ever I want!

This tastes great and when I have a headache I drink the heylo natural and it goes away ,not instantly but quickly depending on the headache.
When i want to drink water i go for heylo natural
Its not salty which is good and i like the carbonated water instead of still water too..

I absolutely love the cucumber & mint flavour, just a subtle amount of both flavours.
