Heylo Shipping and Delivery Information
At Heylo, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Whether you're purchasing our magnesium-infused sparkling water or wellness powders, we ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process, timeframes, and costs.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across Australia, ensuring that wherever you are, you can enjoy Heylo’s wellness products. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but stay tuned as we expand!
Delivery Costs
We aim to keep our delivery costs fair and affordable. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order:
Standard Delivery (2-8 business days)
- Flat rate of $10 for orders under $70
- Free delivery on orders over $70
Express Delivery (1-4 business days)
- Available for $15 for all orders
- Note: Express delivery is only available in certain metro areas. Please check your postcode at checkout to confirm availability.
Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, especially during peak times (e.g., holidays or major sales events). Here’s a breakdown of expected delivery times:
Metro Areas:
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
Regional Areas:
- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Express: 2-3 business days (availability depends on your postcode)
- Standard: 7-10 business days
- We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time by entering your tracking number on the courier's website.

Delivery Partner
We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Heylo products. Depending on your location and order size, your package may be delivered by CouriersPlease, Aramax or Sendle
We do not ship to PO Boxes, or through Australia Post
Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave
If you're not home at the time of delivery, don’t worry! You can leave specific delivery instructions at checkout, such as where to leave the package (e.g., "Leave on the front porch" or "Behind the gate").
Authority to Leave (ATL):
- If you grant Authority to Leave, the courier will leave your package at your specified location without requiring a signature. Please note that Heylo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if ATL is selected
- If you prefer, you can opt for signature on delivery to ensure your package is only left when someone is available to sign for it.
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable when your package arrives and you haven’t provided Authority to Leave, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from the nearest collection point.
Order Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, misplaced, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at hello@heylomg.au within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Heylo only ships within Australia. We plan to expand to international delivery soon! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on when we'll be shipping Heylo products globally.

1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery directly with our courier service.
3. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@heylomg.au within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue and either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
We can change your delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@heylomg.au to request an address update.
