Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 2-8 working days — $10 or Free for orders over $70
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 working days — $15
  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@heylomg.au as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been processed or shipped.
